Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all SabineShop digital services. Please review it before purchasing any package.

1. Digital service nature

SabineShop provides custom digital services delivered online. Because work starts with planning and production, refunds are handled based on project stage.

2. Cancellation before production

If you cancel before production starts, you may request a refund, excluding non-recoverable transaction fees charged by payment providers.

3. Cancellation after production starts

Once strategy, design or development work has started, partial refunds may be issued based on completed work and resources allocated.

4. After delivery

After final files or approved deliverables are sent, refunds are generally not available except in cases of confirmed non-delivery.

5. Revision first approach

If you are not fully satisfied, contact us first. We prioritize revisions and practical fixes before evaluating refund requests.

6. How to request cancellation or refund

Send your request to contact@sabineshop.store with your order details and reason for request.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension of services while documentation is provided to payment processors.
