These terms govern the use of SabineShop digital services. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.

1. Service scope

SabineShop provides custom web and digital production services, including landing pages, product pages, frontend and backend implementation. The exact scope is defined by the offer purchased and the project brief.

2. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate content, assets, and technical access when required. Delays in delivery of materials may impact project timelines.

3. Revisions and approvals

Revision rounds depend on the selected package or custom agreement. Work is considered approved once the client confirms completion or publishes the deliverable.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via PayPal. Orders are confirmed after successful payment. For milestone-based projects, each milestone may require prior approval and payment.

5. Delivery model

Services are delivered digitally and online only. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery format may include source files, hosted previews, or deployment support, depending on the offer.

6. Intellectual property

Final approved deliverables are transferred to the client for business use, unless otherwise agreed. SabineShop may display non-confidential project snapshots in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

SabineShop does not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or conversion outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
